Traditional Mexican seafood flavours now catering your events in Eindhoven and featured at regional festivals!

Agua Fresca is a traditional Mexican drink made with natural ingredients like rice or hibiscus, lightly sweetened and served cold for a refreshing experience.

Agua de Horchata

How do you figure that Mexicans cope with the scorching heat of traditional Mexican food? Well, the most popular choice down there would be this delicious, dairy-free, rice-based drink that will quench your thirst as it soothes your tongue and soul!

Agua de Jamaica

Out of hibiscus buds -brought to Mexico from the Old Continents- Mexicans devised a cold-brewed drink to beat the fierce Mexican heat. An all-time classic! This fresh and pungent taste, found everywhere in the country, is perfectly coupled with all dishes in our cuisine.

Founded by Orlando, Manuel, and Iván, Topito’s is a food enterprise specialized in authentic Mexican seafood made with fresh, healthy and locally sourced ingredients.  The business leverages their culinary expertise and passion for food and culture to create cultural food experiences around Mexican traditions.

Our dream is to bring authentic Mexican seafood to the Netherlands, combining tradition and creativity to offer a unique culinary and cultural experience. We’re all about real flavors, healthy options and sustainability.

Along the way, we’re proudly doing our part for the planet with a tostada in one hand and a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) in the other:

🌱 SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being:  because healthy and delicious can totally be friends, we only use fresh and healthy ingredients.

🐟 SDG 14 – Life Below Water: we love seafood, but we love the ocean more — that’s why we only source responsibly.

♻️ SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production: no plastic forks here — only recyclable or biodegradable materials.

The SDGs are set by the United Nations members aiming for “a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future”

OUR SYMBOL

Topito’s symbol is inspired by Alebrijes, traditional Mexican handcrafts from Oaxaca. These colorful creatures blend multiple animals into one, often appearing surreal or monstrous.

Our symbol features a realistic Alebrije combining shrimp, fish, and octopus—the main proteins in our tostadas. This is our way of paying tribute to these wonderful animals while celebrating our culture.

Alebrijes have deep roots in Mexican ancestral beliefs, representing beings from a mystical realm where all life originates in a state of unity. The first artisans in Oaxaca (early 20th c.) who made alebrijes dreamed of these creatures, believing they carried messages from ‘the other world.’

We feature the music of the amazing D.J. Miroslav Ü in our intro video, with the artist’s full permission.
